Amy is a connoisseur of experience. Born in New York, she moved to France at a young age and has also lived in London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and NYC. Her travels have taken her to 35+ countries and her service industry experience has allowed her to work in many places such as Australia, London, and France.

Her personal life is that of a quintessential Austinite. She is a founder of Texas Rollergirls (2002-2003), and skated roller derby for 10 years before retiring. You’ll frequently see her out dancing and enjoying live music. Amy’s perfect long weekend is camping or hopping on a plane to Mexico!
